March 2025 marked the official end of the pilot phase of the National LIP Secretariat. To help guide the next chapter of our work together, we hired the consulting firm Inclusive Leaders to undertake an independent evaluation of the NLS project to date. Through a survey, focus groups, key informant interviews, document review, and more, the Inclusive Leaders team investigated to what extent the NLS is fulfilling its mandate to sustain a national LIP network, share resources, build LIP capacity, and amplify the voices of diverse LIPs.
